    1. When my husband first started ordering supplies to make sourdough bread, I rolled my eyes. I don’t like to cook and it seemed like WAY too much work. But I have since changed my mind because his enthusiasm to learn something new is (as it always is) awesome to watch. In addition to his learning and persevering, we have been eating the most wonderful whole grain sourdough bread with brie and olive oil, hummus and butter and jam and it has been wonderful. A couple nights ago he made crackers from the dough, and it blew me away. They are just so delicious. So….. no more rolling of the eyes! 🙂
