It was certainly cold the day I took that snow shot!! We got about 7 inches in the end, but it’s still nothing like it was in the years of my childhood in northeast Ohio or even 30 years ago when I first moved to PA. Much less snow and less cold. Still, we do get the occasional winter snow. Which is beautiful.
That sounds like my childhood in Michigan, Sylvia, we used to get much more snow than they do now. Even the inland lakes aren’t freezing over fully now. The Great Lakes have less ice too. Something has gone wrong…
I so enjoyed these February beauties that graced your month, Sylvia. I, too, have been enjoying the shadows lately, so different in the winter when trees are leafless and the sun has a deeper angle. Cheers to you, my friend.
February didn’t last long, even with the extra day. Now, it’s March. We’ve had a bit everything today. Sun, clouds, snow flurries, back to sun. The only thing persistent, the a cold wind.
Pretty images, all. π

Those pendants are sweet! Look up Dicroic Glass Pendant on eBay sometime.

Shadows always fascinate me, Sylvia. A sort of alternative reality.
