A tropical plant living lushly with care and
attention, gravitates toward the light of the
window and is contained by a cold, hard pane
of cloudy, obscure glass.
My husband took this photo at the United States Botanic Garden in Washington D.C. …. A very beautiful place to visit.
I had some air plants and they died unfortunately. They are so interesting! (if one can keep them alive)
beautiful and how light is important in nature and in our life

We brought a few over from the Eastern Cape (1000 km away) and as long as I leave them alone – they flourish and are now Everywhere!
