Actually the “decorative” cabbages are edible, but they are very tough and bitter. Not that appetizing really. Hmmm. Beautiful on the outside and bitter on the inside……could make for an interesting post….. 🙂

we have them in France, too and like you, I prefer the Latin term… 🙂 I also saw them in Iceland, quite surprising, but still gorgeous! 🙂
