  1. What a wonderful blog! Your poetry and poetic commentary is exquisite. So are your son’s photos and your husband’s banner photo. I’m so glad you stopped by my blog today–and left a footprint I could follow!

  3. Visiting another blog I saw your profile photo, as you of the blogs she is following, I’ve never seen one eye photo say so much about about a person, I got curious and I came here. Lovely blog!

  4. Well, I’m glad you did come here. My son Wolf took that photo and I decided to use it as my profile image. I’ve since noticed quite a few people using one eye which is interesting. I wonder why we’re attracted to that. Maybe it doesn’t tell the whole story but just enough to stir interest. In any case, thank you for stopping by today.

  5. I was first attracted to your blog by your beautiful avatar photo, and then I came to read your poems. They are so condensed, often simple, yet very powerful. I love your work! Keep it coming, you have a new follower now ๐Ÿ™‚

    1. I’m also an amateur photographer and writer and blogger and mostly all other things as well. Much help is needed pretty much in all areas all the time. Be well and keep setting your lovely photos out into the world.

  7. Amazing. Amazing. Amazing. I love your work (both visual and literal). Oh and thanks for liking my Haiku “A Summer Spring” I hope you can enjoy more of my work.
I’m just wondering if you can give me some tips in regards to photography? I’m quite an amateur photographer, with a basic point and shoot style.
    Many Thanks

    1. I thought your haiku was lovely. My son took most of the photos featured on this blog, but I will tell you to take as many photography classes as you can, look through as many great photographers’ work as you can and stay curious. That’s my advice. Best of luck to you.

  8. I love your short poems–how they draw me in and leave me with the inspiration to add a few lines of my own. Thanks for the like, I’m glad to have found your page. Your poems are reminders to open my eyes and notice the details that lead into wonder~

    1. Thank you so much for your kind words. Unfortunately if this blog award requires one to nominate other bloggers, I will have to decline the honor. I very much appreciate your stopping by spanishwoods, it means the world to me to be able to send my thoughts out into the universe and have such lovely spirits like yours give me positive feedback.
