  1. Well-worn paths in our minds, the deeper the rut, the more likely the appearance. Good memories can prop us us or be an escape route. Bad memories can serve as valuable lessons but mainly tear us down. It always seems to me Sylvia, that it is best to live in the present as much as possible. Your photo is an excellent illustration for the subject. –Curt
