Why would you ever need to know “organza”, right?
And, you must ask Peggy to make you some soup with orzo. It’s just pasta but the shape is longer than a grain of rice and I like how it feels in a hot soup. Really, what I like best is the soft “o” and the “z” at the end on both words. 🙂
