It’s a dried flower shop called, Roxanne’s Dried Flowers in the Strip District of Pittsburgh (shopping market district).

True. It’s actually my favorite shop. They carry soaps and art, perfumes, potted plants, wreaths, cookoo clocks….all manner of interesting things.
