I went out onto the balcony on Saturday morning to take this shot and my daughter laughed at me because it was so foggy. But I knew I could capture something if only the “feel” of the morning.
It’s a great shot. At first when I saw the preview in the window of my reader i thought there was an error. Then onto the full pic and scroll down a bit and those small details of the road and trees peeping through the fog. Love it. Cycling to work early the other morning I hit thick fog in the country lanes. It was quite eerie going through it, especially seeing the ghostly outline of the trees – like being a Tim Burton film all of a sudden 🙂
And apparently fading! Which is okay as long as it remembers the good things and forgets the bad things. Sometimes a little fogginess is good, and it always makes a good photo! –Curt

The persistence of memory. Sometimes it would be nice to delete memories.

The shot turned out great. I was projecting my aging memory into the image, lol.

This is such a great shot I’m a little jealous – wanting a better camera!

My first thought was, “Yup, fog pretty much sums up my memory these days!” hehe 😉
