The One Lovely Blog Award nominations are chosen by fellow bloggers for those newer and up-and-coming bloggers. The goal is to help give recognition and also to help the new blogger to reach more viewers. It also recognizes blogs that are considered to be “lovely” by the fellow bloggers who choose them. Yes, I have a notice like this too, but people don’t see it. It’s a hard thing because I truly, honestly appreciate the sentiment. But here is a perfect example of my not being able to “follow the rules” which just go against my grain. While I’m honored and flattered, I don’t do well in orchestrated situations like these. Guess who wasn’t the popular kid in school….
